Our Story
Emgeniv was founded on a straightforward observation: organisations undertaking complex transformation programmes often receive advice that is either too abstract to act on or too narrowly focused on a single discipline. Strategy consultants hand over recommendations without staying to deliver them. Technology implementers execute without challenging whether the approach is right. Change management is treated as an afterthought rather than a core discipline.
Emgeniv was built to close that gap—bringing together strategic thinking, practical execution and knowledge transfer in a single, senior-led engagement model.

How We Work
Every Emgeniv engagement is led by a senior practitioner with direct accountability for the work. We do not staff engagements with junior consultants supervised from a distance. Clients work with the people they meet.
We begin by understanding the problem before proposing a solution. We are direct about what we can and cannot do, and we will tell a client honestly when a different approach—or a different firm—would serve them better.
We measure success by outcomes, not outputs. Deliverables matter only insofar as they contribute to results the organisation can sustain.

Chike Agwunobi
Principal Consultant
Chike Agwunobi brings a multidisciplinary background spanning enterprise transformation, technology programmes, business analysis, project and change management, enterprise architecture and research. His work has supported organisations across the public sector, energy, financial services and technology in navigating complex, high-stakes initiatives.
Chike combines academic rigour with practical delivery experience, working directly with senior leaders and delivery teams to translate strategy into results. His approach emphasises clear thinking, disciplined execution and the development of internal organisational capability.
